Power door lock actuators

Repair Procedures

Inspection

1. 1
   Remove the front door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Trim")

   Remove the front door module. (Refer to Body - "Front Door Module")
3. 3
   Disconnect the actuator connectors.

   

4. 4
   Check the actuator operation by connecting power and ground as shown in the table. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage only momentarily.

   Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")

   Remove the rear door module. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Module")

   Disconnect the actuator connectors.

   Check the actuator operation by connecting power and ground as shown in the table. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage only momentarily.

   Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to Body - "Rear Door Trim")

    Disconnect the 4P connector from the actuator.

    Check the continuity between terminals at each switch position in accordance with the table.
