  • Wear gloves to protect your hands from injury.
  • Be careful not to scratch the body surface.
  1. Open the fuel filler door and the urea cap (A).

  2. Remove the luggage side trim. (Refer to Interior Trim - Luggage Compartment Side Trim)
  3. Disconnect the fuel filler door actuator connector (A) and remove the fuel filler door cable rod (B).

  4. Remove the fuel filler door cable (A).

  5. Remove the fuel filler door cap assembly (A).

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    • Make sure the fuel filler door locks and opens properly and locks securely.
