Smart Keys: Repair Procedures

SMART KEYS

1. 1
   Connect the GDS DLC cable to the Data Link Connector (16 pins) in the lower driver's side instrument panel finish panel, then connect GDS.

   Select the vehicle model, then select "Smart Key Code Registration".

   After selecting the "Smart Key Learning" menu, press the "Enter" key. The screen is shown below.

   After inserting the coded Smart Key, press "ENTER".

   Enter the "PIN code" for the first key coding.

   Within 5 seconds after the beep, press the SSB with the Smart Key. Then select "OK".

   Confirm the message "First key coding completed".

   Within 5 seconds after the beep, press the SSB with the Smart Key. Then select "OK".

   Confirm the message "Second key coding completed".

   

10. 10
    The screen shown below appears when the key coding process is complete.
