Description and Operation

Description

This system uses a light sensor to automatically turn on the tail lights and headlights according to changes in ambient light conditions. Activation occurs when the vehicle enters or exits a tunnel, or when ambient light changes due to rain, snow, or fog. Precautions when using this system are as follows.

   Do not add any other devices to this system.

   Always switch to manual mode when driving in poor visibility conditions, such as fog, rain, or cloud.

   Light intensity in the actual driving environment is not always constant, and lamp ON/OFF may depend on climate, season, and surroundings.

   Use this system only during sunrise and sunset, and manually check the overall ON/OFF condition of the lamps.

   A malfunction may appear if a light blocking cover is applied that changes the interior lighting.
