Inspection

  1. Remove the upper hood cover. (Refer to Body group - "Upper Cowl Cover")
  2. Disconnect the windshield defroster connector (A).
  3. Check the continuity between the terminals of the defroster wires.
  4. Turn the ignition switch and the windshield defroster switch on, then measure the voltage between the terminals of the side defroster bar connector.

    OK: Battery voltage (approximately 12 V)
