Do not start the engine by pushing your vehicle equipped with a manual transmission, as this may damage the emission control system.

This method cannot be used to start engines of vehicles with an automatic transmission.

Follow the instructions in this section regarding starting the engine from an external power source.

WARNING

Never tow the vehicle to start the engine, as the vehicle may collide with the towing vehicle due to a sudden forward surge after starting.
