Towing Service

If emergency towing is required, it is recommended to use an authorized HYUNDAI dealer or a commercial roadside assistance service. To prevent damage to the vehicle, lifting and towing procedures must be performed correctly. It is recommended to use wheel dollies or a flatbed tow truck.

The vehicle can be towed with the front wheels raised and the rear wheels on the ground (without wheel dollies).

Place wheel dollies under the front wheels if any of the load-bearing wheels or suspension components are damaged, or if the vehicle is towed with the front wheels on the ground.

When using a commercial tow truck and wheel dollies are not available, lift the front of the vehicle, not the rear.

Use wheel lift equipment or a flatbed tow truck.

When emergency towing the vehicle without wheel dollies:

1. Turn the ignition key to the ACC position.
2. Move the shift lever to the "N" (Neutral) position.
3. Release the parking brake.
