Inspection

Check the buzzer by applying battery voltage to terminal 1 and grounding terminal 2. The buzzer should sound. If the buzzer does not sound, replace it.

Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the lower crash pad panel. (Refer to Group BD - "Crash Pad")
  3. Remove the buzzer (A) after loosening the bolt and disconnecting the 2P connector. [LHD]
    [Right-hand drive]

Installation

  1. Connect the connector, then install the buzzer.
  2. Install the emergency pad lower panel.
