Description

ECO Driving System
This system is designed to promote eco-friendly driving by providing real-time feedback to the driver. The ECO indicator helps you drive in the most fuel-efficient manner. The green indicator illuminates when you are driving with high fuel efficiency. Fuel economy depends on the driver's driving style and road conditions. The system stops operating when the shift lever is in P, R, or N position, Sport mode is selected, or Instant Fuel Economy mode is selected.
ECO Indicator ON/OFF
  1. The ECO indicator system stops operating when Instant Fuel Economy mode is selected.
  2. The ECO indicator is always off when the driver selects "ECO OFF" by pressing the "Trip" button.
    A. Set the main LCD to "ECO ON" by pressing the "Trip" button, as shown in the figure below.
    B. Then set "ECO OFF" by pressing and holding the "Trip" button for more than 1 second, as shown in the figure below. In this case, the ECO indicator does not operate in any of the off modes.
