Inspection

Power Window Main Switch Inspection
  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel and the window switch. (Refer to Body group - "Front Door")
  3. Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table. If the continuity condition is not normal, replace the switch. [LHD]
    [Right-hand drive]
    [Driver Auto Up/Down]
  4. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  5. Remove the front door trim panel and the window switch. (Refer to Body group - "Front Door")
  6. Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table. If the continuity condition is not normal, replace the switch.

  7. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  8. Remove the rear door trim panel. (Refer to BD group - "Rear Door")
  9. Remove the rear power window switch module (A).
  10. Check the continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table. If the continuity condition is not normal, replace the switch. [Seat Heater]
