Rear Bumper Repair Procedures

Replacement

Wear gloves to protect your hands. Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with protective tape to prevent damage, pry carefully. Be careful not to bend or scratch the cover and other parts.

   Loosen the mounting bolts, then remove the rear combination lamp (A).

   Press the locking pin and disconnect the connector (A).

   Loosen the mounting screw and clip on the side of the rear bumper, then disconnect the side portions.

   Loosen the mounting bolts.

   Press the locking pin and disconnect the rear bumper main connector (B).

   Loosen the mounting bolts and clips, then remove the rear bumper (A).

   Install in the reverse order of removal.

   Make sure the connector is properly connected. Replace any damaged clips.
