Oil Hydraulic Motor (Actuator) Removal

Remove the coupling assembly. (Refer to Coupling Assembly - Direct Electro-Hydraulic Actuator Connection)

Keep the coupling perpendicular after removing the coupling assembly.
NOTEWhen removing the hydraulic motor from the coupling unit, make sure the hydraulic motor remains vertical to the work surface or ground, as shown in the illustration below, so that the lubricating oil does not leak. If the coupling oil has leaked from the hydraulic motor or coupling unit, replace the coupling assembly with a new one. (We do not recommend adding or changing coupling oil, because the specification and fill ratio of the coupling oil greatly affect the performance and durability of the coupling unit.)

Remove the hydraulic motor (A) after loosening the bolts with a hex wrench.
Caution
- After draining, remove the hydraulic motor (actuator) and drain as much residual oil from inside the coupling as possible (about 5 to 10 seconds).
