Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the emergency pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Emergency Pad Lower Panel")
  3. Remove the lower airbag switch assembly (A) by pressing on it.
  4. Disconnect the connector (A) from the lower airbag switch assembly.
  5. Remove the lower airbag switch (A).
  6. If it is necessary to inspect the switch, check the circuit continuity and measure the resistance between the terminals.

Installation

  1. Install the lower hazard switch.
  2. Install the lower airbag panel after connecting the connector.
  3. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
