Replacement

  1. Remove the front door window glass. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Window Glass")
  2. Remove the front door outside handle. (Refer to Front Door - "Front Door Outside Handle")
  3. Disconnect the outside rear view mirror connector (A).
  4. Loosen the outside handle base mounting bolt (A).
  5. Loosen the front door latch mounting screws (B).
  6. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the front door module (A).

    Tightening torque: 6.9 ~ 10.8 N·m

  7. Disconnect the front door module mounting clip (B).
  8. Disconnect the connectors and wire harness of the front door module (A).
  9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
