Do not attempt to push-start the Mazda.

WARNING

Never tow a vehicle to start it:

Towing a vehicle to start it is dangerous. The towed vehicle may suddenly move forward when the engine starts, colliding with the towing vehicle. Passengers may be injured.

WARNING

A vehicle with a manual transmission must never be push-started. This may damage the emission control system.

NOTE

A vehicle with an automatic transmission cannot be push-started.
