GEARBOX OIL CHANGE

  • Remove the engine undertray.
  • Remove the drain plug (1) (Fig.1).

Location of plugs on gearbox

  1. Drain plug
  2. Filler plug.
  • Let the oil drain into a container.
  • Refit a new drain plug at the specified tightening torque.

FILLING AND OIL LEVEL

  • Remove the filler plug (2).
  • Add gearbox oil up to the lower edge of the filler hole.
  • Refit a new filler plug at the specified tightening torque.
  • Check the gearbox for leaks.
