Vehicle control

Never drive with the engine off (except during Auto Stop)

Many systems will no longer operate in this case (e.g. brake booster, power steering). Driving in this way is dangerous for you and others. All systems operate during Auto Stop, but power steering assistance is reduced in a controlled manner and vehicle speed is reduced.

Pedals

To prevent the pedals from jamming, do not place a floor mat over the area under the pedals.
