Lower centre pillar / door pillar reinforcement

INTRODUCTION

Replacing this part is an additional operation to replacing the centre pillar for a front side impact.

In the operation described below, you will only find descriptions of the joints specific to the part concerned.

Information on other parts is covered in their respective sections.

On the part supplied by the M.P.R., the upper pillar reinforcement must be de-spot-welded.

PART COMPOSITION M.P.R.

Assembly with seatbelt anchor nut.

NOTE: the weld of the connection with the body side inner panel will be carried out when refitting the centre pillar.
