Adjusting headlight installation position

Torque wrench -V.A.G 1783-

Torque screwdriver -VAS 6494-

• Loosen bolts -3-, -4-, -5- and -6-.
• Ensure uniform gap between headlight -1- and wing.
• Tighten bolts -5- and -6-.
• Close bonnet.
• Adjust banjo bolt of bolt -3- and stop bolt -2- to ensure gaps are even all round.
• Open bonnet.
• Tighten bolt -3- inside banjo bolt.
• Tighten bolt -4-.
• Test functionality.
• Check headlight setting and adjust headlight if necessary → Booklet36.1
