Removing

Note Only on vehicles with Climatronic. On vehicles with heater or air conditioning system with electric/manual controls, the apertures in the air ducts are sealed with plugs.
  • Remove footwell vent on driver side → Chapter.
 Removing and installing footwell vent temperature sender -G192
  • Slightly lift footwell vent temperature sender -G192--2-.
  • Release retaining tabs -arrows- using removal wedge -3409-.
  • Pull out footwell vent temperature sender -G192--2- upwards.
  • Disconnect electrical connector -1-.

Installing

  • Install in reverse order.
