Important Information about Accessories and Optional Equipment

Incorrectly connected or installed accessories or extra equipment may have an adverse effect on the vehicle's electronics.

We strongly recommend that Volvo owners use only genuine, Volvo-approved accessories, and that accessory installations be performed only by a trained and qualified Volvo service technician. Certain accessories only work when the associated software is installed in the vehicle's computer system.

Equipment described in the Owner's Manual is not available on all vehicles. Vehicles may be equipped differently depending on market requirements and national or local laws and regulations.

Optional or accessory equipment may not be available in all countries or markets. Please note that some vehicles may be equipped differently, depending on special legal requirements.
