When contacting a Volvo retailer, about e.g. your Volvo On Call subscription, your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN1 ) may be needed.

  1. Tap Settings in the center display's Top view.
  2. Proceed to System Volvo XC90. Viewing the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) System Information Volvo XC90. Viewing the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Vehicle Identification Number.
    • The Vehicle Identification Number will be displayed.

The VIN can also be found:

  • On the first page of the Warranty and Service Record Booklet
  • On the vehicle registration card
  • By looking at the instrument panel through the windshield from outside the vehicle.
