Observe the following rules when speaking commands:

► Speak commands and numbers smoothly, without raising or lowering your voice. Do not stress individual words and avoid pauses. The same applies to spelling names letter by letter when entering a destination in the navigation system.
► Speak commands in the language of the voice control system.
► Pronounce radio station names in the broadcast language of the station.
► When recording entries in the voice telephone directory, use names in the language of the voice control system and avoid abbreviations.
► Keep doors, windows and the sunroof closed so that outside noise does not enter the vehicle.
► Make sure there is no unnecessary noise in the vehicle while speaking a command.
