Switching off the system
Push the lever up or down, see arrow 3.
The indicators on the speedometer will go out.
In addition, the system switches off automatically:
► when you brake
► when position N is selected
► when DTC is switched on or DSC is switched off
► when HDC is switched on
► when the parking brake is applied
► when stability control systems intervene
When you press the accelerator pedal, the cruise control system does not switch off. After you release the accelerator pedal, the system resumes the speed stored in memory.
Warning Lamp
The indicator lamp illuminates when the cruise control switches off automatically, for example due to intervention by DSC. A message appears on the Control Display.
