Malfunctions in the stability control systems
The brake warning lamp lights up together with the ABS and DSC indicator lamps
and the tyre damage indicator, and a message appears on the Control Display: stability control
systems have failed. The brake system remains fully operational.
Continue driving with caution and anticipate the situation. Avoid fully depressing the brake pedal. The tyre damage indicator has also failed. Have the system checked by a BMW service center as soon as possible.
The DSC indicator lamp lights up and a message appears on the Control Display: DSC and DTC systems malfunction. The stabilizing effect of the systems is not available. The vehicle remains roadworthy.
