To prevent the headlights from dazzling drivers of oncoming vehicles, the headlight aiming must be adjusted to match the vehicle load.

Values after the slash apply when towing a trailer.

0 / 1 = 1–2 persons and empty luggage compartment
1 / 1 = 5 persons and empty luggage compartment
1 / 2 = 5 persons and luggage in luggage compartment
2 / 2 = 1 person and full luggage compartment

Observe the permissible rear axle load limits.

Touring

With any load level – 0.

Exception: 1 person, full luggage compartment and trailer – 1.

The headlight aim is adjusted automatically (for example, during acceleration, braking and depending on the vehicle load).
