Partition Net

When retracting the net, hold it with your hands. Otherwise the net may be damaged or you may be injured.◄

With standard luggage compartment capacity

Grasp the loop and pull the net out of the retractor. Insert the net rod into the brackets on both sides, see arrow 1. It is easier to do this from the rear seat side.

To remove the net, grasp the rod on both sides and pull it out of the brackets, see arrow 2. When retracting the net, hold it with your hand.

With increased luggage compartment capacity

1. Fold down both rear seatbacks, see "Increasing Luggage Compartment Capacity".
2. Unlock the retractor on both sides, see arrow 1.

3. Pull the retractor toward you, see arrow 2, taking care not to tilt it.

4. Insert the retractor into the guides on the back of the seatbacks.

5. Carefully pull the net out and secure it to the front brackets as described in "With Standard Luggage Compartment Capacity". It is easier to do this from the front seat side.

To stow the net, reverse the sequence. At the end, insert the retractor into the mounts on both sides until it locks.

The red indicator in the recess of the handle goes out. To check that the retractor is locked, pull on it.
