What if … ► You have inserted the navigation DVD into the drive, and the control display prompts you to insert a disc? The inserted DVD may not be suitable for the navigation system.

Check the DVD title on the label.

► You call up the current vehicle location and do not receive its exact coordinates? You are in an area without reception or outside the area covered by the navigation DVD, or the system is busy determining your location. As a rule, reception is always available in the open sky.

► The destination is not accepted by the navigation system? This address is not on the DVD inserted in the disc drive.

Select a destination near the required address.

► An address without a street name is not accepted by the navigation system? The navigation DVD does not specify the center of the entered locality. Select any street in the selected locality or a point of interest, such as a train station, and start route guidance.

► You want to enter an address for route guidance, but the letters of the name are not being entered? This address is not on the DVD inserted in the disc drive.

In this case, the system does not offer any letters to choose from at all. Select a destination near the required address.

► During guidance to the destination there is no voice announcement before intersections? You are driving through an area that is not fully covered by the DVD. Instead of an arrow indicating the turn direction, the display shows an arrow indicating the general direction of the planned route.

Or you have left the suggested route, and the system needs a few seconds to calculate and suggest a new route.

► The navigation system does not respond to control commands? If the battery was disconnected, the system needs approximately 10 minutes to become operational again.
