Magazine

The BMW six-CD changer is located in the glove compartment.

Removing the magazine

To load or remove discs, first remove magazine 1 from the CD changer:

Press button 2.

Magazine 1 is ejected.

Loading/removing discs from the magazine

When loading or removing discs, hold them only by the edges. Do not touch the reflective surface of the disc.

Loading:

insert the CD into the magazine compartment with the label facing up.

Removing:

pull out the sliding tray, see arrow, and remove the disc from it.

Installing the magazine

Insert the magazine (see arrow) into the CD changer until it stops.

The CD changer automatically recognizes the inserted CDs and is then ready for operation.
