In some countries, the automatic door locks must be turned on while driving.

Automatic Transmission

When the shift lever is moved from P to another position, the door locks, trunk lid or liftgate, and fuel filler door lock automatically.

To unlock, press the unlock button on the central lock switch pack, move the shift lever to P, or remove the ignition key.

Manual Transmission

When the vehicle speed exceeds 13 km/h, the door locks, trunk lid or liftgate, and fuel filler door lock automatically.

To unlock, press the unlock button on the central lock switch pack or remove the ignition key.

You can change these settings in the vehicle settings.

Customizing the settings.

Warning Do not turn off the automatic locks while driving.

If the doors unlock, press the central lock button to lock them again.
