Press the cover to unlock it, then remove it. The tow eye is stored in the vehicle tool kit.

Screw in the tow eye, turning it until it stops, and set it in a horizontal position.

Attach the tow rope or tow bar; a tow bar is the preferred solution.

The tow eye may be used only for towing, not for pulling the vehicle out.

After towing, make sure the cover is firmly reinstalled.

Caution Pull away slowly, avoiding jerks. Overloading the tow may damage both vehicles.
