Messages are displayed on the Driver Information Center (DIC), InfoDisplay, or are issued as warning tones.

Acknowledge a warning message using the multifunction lever. If necessary, contact a service station for assistance.

Warning Tones

When starting the engine or while driving

• If the seat belt is not fastened.

• If the set speed is exceeded with the parking brake applied.

• If a warning code is displayed on the Driver Information Center.

• If the parking assist system detects an obstacle.

When the vehicle is parked and/or a door is open

• When the key is inserted in the ignition lock.

• When the exterior lights are on.
