When triggered, the siren, powered by a backup battery, sounds and the hazard warning lights start flashing. The number and duration of alarm signals are regulated by law.
The alarm can be stopped by pressing any button on the remote control or by turning on the ignition.
The anti-theft alarm can only be disarmed by pressing the button
button, pulling the door handle (when using the electronic key system) or turning on the ignition.
