CITROËN is constantly concerned with the safety of your vehicle's occupants, but the safety of your children also depends on you.

To ensure optimum safety, please observe the following instructions:

  • in accordance with European regulations, all children under 12 years old or under one meter fifty in height must be transported in approved child seats suited to their weight, in seating positions equipped with a seat belt or ISOFIX anchorages *,
  • statistically, the safest positions for transporting children are the rear seats of your vehicle,
  • a child weighing less than 9 kg must always be transported in the "rear-facing" position, both in the front and in the rear.
CITROËN recommends that children be transported in the rear seats of your vehicle:
  • "rear-facing" up to 2 years,
  • "forward-facing" from 2 years.
