After the engine is switched off, the audio system switches off after a few minutes of use. If the engine is off, the operating time of the audio system depends on the battery charge level.

Switching off is normal: the audio system switches to economy mode and turns off to protect the vehicle battery.

 Start the vehicle engine to increase the battery charge level.
The message "audio system overheated" appears on the screen. To protect the system when the air temperature is high, the audio system switches to automatic thermal protection mode, which is shown by reduced volume or the CD being switched off. Switch off the audio system for a few minutes to let it cool down.
