The surrounding environment (hills, buildings, tunnels, car parks, underground areas) may prevent reception, including in RDS mode. This is normal for radio waves and is not a sign of a fault in the audio system.
Press the MENU button.
Select "Audio functions"
(audio functions).
Press OK.
Select the "Radio favourites
FM" function (FM radio settings).
Press OK.
Select "Activate alternative
frequencies" (RDS) (switch on RDS).
Press OK, RDS will
appear on the screen.
In "Radio" mode, press OK to switch RDS mode on or off.
RDS, when switched on, allows uninterrupted listening to the same station by tracking its frequency. Under certain conditions, RDS station tracking is not possible across the whole country, because radio stations do not cover 100% of its territory. For this reason, the station signal may be lost during a journey.Test yourself
