From the "Bluetooth: Telephone-Audio" menu.

Select "Manage the telephone call". Select "Call".

Or

Select "Calls list".

Or

Select "Directory".

Press and hold this
button for more than two seconds to open the directory, then use the rotary knob.

Or

To dial a number, use the telephone keypad while the vehicle is stationary.
