Locking using the remote control

Press the locked padlock symbol to
lock the vehicle.

Locking using the key

  • Turn the key clockwise in the driver's door lock to lock the vehicle.

Locking is confirmed by the indicators lighting up for approximately two seconds.

At the same time, depending on the version, the exterior mirrors fold.

If any of the doors or the boot remain open, the central locking will not operate. If the vehicle is locked and is accidentally unlocked, it will lock again after thirty seconds unless a door or the boot is opened. Folding and unfolding the exterior rear-view mirrors using the remote control can be disabled at a CITROËN dealership or a specialist workshop.

Extending the key

  • Press the button to extend the key.
If this button is not pressed when extending the key, there is a risk of damaging the mechanism.
