Folding Rear Seat
The rear seatbacks can be folded forward to provide additional storage space. To fold a rear seatback, pull the loops located on the top of the seatback.
NOTE:
These loops can be stowed when not in use.

After releasing the seatback, it can be folded forward.

NOTE:
The seat cushion may deform due to the seat belt buckles if the seats remain folded for a long period of time. This is normal. Simply returning the seats to the upright position will, over time, allow the seat cushion to return to its normal shape.
When the seatback is returned to the upright position, make sure it is locked by pulling firmly on the top of the seatback above the seat belt.
- WARNING: Make sure the seatback is securely latched. If the seatback is not securely latched, the seat will not provide proper support for child restraints and/or passengers. An improperly latched seat may result in serious injury.
- The cargo area at the rear of the vehicle (with the rear seatbacks in the locked or folded position) must not be used as a play area by children while the vehicle is moving. They can be seriously injured in a collision. Children must sit and use the proper restraint system.
