  • Adjusting the seat while driving can be dangerous. Moving the seat while driving may result in loss of vehicle control, which may cause a collision and serious injury or death.
  • Adjust seats before fastening the seat belts and while the vehicle is parked. Serious injury or death may result from an improperly adjusted seat belt.
  • Do not ride with the seatback reclined so that the shoulder belt no longer lies against the chest. In a collision, you may slide under the seat belt, which may result in serious injury or death.
