(for versions/markets where fitted) To charge the battery:

  • disconnect the clamp from the negative battery terminal and connect the charger leads to the battery terminals, observing polarity;
  • switch on the charger. After the battery is charged, switch off the charger before disconnecting it from the battery;
  • connect the clamp to the negative battery terminal.
