Removal

1. Remove the lower arm.
   Refer to: Lower Arm (204-01 Front Suspension, Removal and Installation).

Vehicles with all other engines (Neo, 2.0L GTDI, Panther)

   Mark the lower arm bushing and the special tool for reference during installation.
   Install the special service tool: 204-833 Lower Arm Bushing Removal/Installation.

   Mark the lower arm bushing and the special tool for reference during installation.
   Install the special service tool: 204-833 Lower Arm Bushing Removal/Installation.

   

3. 3
   Using a hydraulic press and a suitable tool, remove the lower arm bushing.
   Install the special service tool: 204-833 Lower Arm Bushing Removal/Installation. , 204-830 Lower Arm Bushing Removal/Installation.
   Use the common service equipment: hydraulic press
   Use the common service equipment: wood block

   Mark the lower arm bushing and the special tool for reference during installation.
