Removal

  1. Remove the instrument panel.
    Refer to: Instrument Panel (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the wiring harness clips and move the wiring harness aside.
  3. Remove the instrument panel heater tube seal, remove the clips and the heater tube bracket.
  4. Remove the clips and the evaporator cover.
  5. Remove the clips, the air inlet cover housing and the evaporator core.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
