If the vehicle seat belt is available for you to use, you should use it.

If the seat belt is not long enough, your dealer can order an extension for you. When you go to order it, wear the heaviest coat you will wear so that the extension will fit you. To avoid personal injury, do not allow anyone else to use it, and use it only for the seat it was made to fit. The extension was designed for adults. Never use it to install child restraints. For more information on the correct use and fit of seat belt extensions, refer to the instructions that come with the extension.
