Traction Control/Electronic Stability Control

~1min read

The Traction Control System (TCS) limits wheel spin. The system is on when the vehicle is started.

The StabiliTrak/Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system helps with directional control of the vehicle in difficult driving conditions. The system is on when the vehicle is started.

TCS and StabiliTrak/ESC can be turned off or on using the Driver Information Center (DIC) controls. See Traction Control/Electronic Stability Control.
