Inspection

  1. Measure the resistance between the NTC and the heating panel.
    A. NTC resistance (Black/Yellow, Black): 10.0 kΩ ± 10% (25°C)
    B. Heating panel resistance (Yellow, Black): 1.0 ~ 1.8 Ω ± 10%
  2. Measure the temperature.
    A. The steering wheel surface temperature should increase from -20°C to 20°C within 6 minutes.
    B. The steering wheel surface temperature should remain at 38 °C ± 4 °C after 25 minutes.
    C. Each measurement point (1-8).
