Removal

  1. Disconnect the vapor hose (A).
  2. Remove the rubber grommet (B), then remove the PCV valve.

Inspection

  1. Insert a thin rod (A) into the PCV valve (B) from the threaded side to check that the plunger moves.
    If the plunger does not move (PCV valve is clogged), clean or replace the valve.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

    PCV valve installation: 7.8 ~ 11.8 N·m
