Inspection

  1. Turn the ignition on.
  2. Manually operate the control switch and adjust the blower motor voltage.
  3. Select the control switch to raise the voltage to high speed.

Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the hood side trim. (Refer to Body - "Hood Side Trim")
  3. To remove the protector under the [RH] cover (A), press both sides of the clip, then pull it down.
  4. Disconnect the under lamp connector (A).
  5. Disconnect the power MOSFET connector (A), then remove the power MOSFET (B) after loosening the mounting screws.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
