Adjustment

Introduction: Calibration data must be checked and entered when the controller is replaced, because the internal friction materials (clutch pack) change characteristics during driving. Conditions for Performing and Calibration Method
  1. When Replacing the Transfer Case and ITA (ECU)
    A. No calibration procedure is required.
  2. Only when replacing the transfer case.
    A. Perform the "Clutch Learning Reset" procedure.
  3. Only when replacing the ITA (ECU)
    A. Perform the "ECU Data Backup and Write" procedure.
  4. Perform the following procedure when a trouble code is present (T/C clutch calibration, power reset calibration and serialization data input).
  5. When a specific trouble code is present and when the oil is replaced.
    A. Perform the "Oil Data Initialization" procedure.
