To close the tailgate, lower it, then press down firmly. Make sure the tailgate is properly locked.

Exhaust Gas

If the tailgate is open while the vehicle is moving, harmful exhaust gases may enter the vehicle interior and cause serious or fatal injury.

If you must drive with the tailgate open, open all windows and vents so that outside air can enter the vehicle.

Luggage Compartment

Passengers must not ride in the luggage compartment, which is not equipped with restraint devices. Indeed, to avoid injury in the event of an accident or sudden stop, passengers must always be properly secured.
